The claim in the petition is in regard to the grant of approval by the respondent no. 2 to the appointment of the petitioner as junior clerk.

The records depicts that the shortfalls which were shown by the respondent no. 2 were duly complied by the respondent-management vide communication dated 27/08/2022.

In this background, it will be appropriate in our opinion to dispose of the writ petition with the directions to the respondent no. 2 to decide the claim of the petitioner for grant of approval on the post of junior clerk within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order.
