Grievance of the petitioner that police ought to have taken cognizance of complaint need not be considered on merit in the writ jurisdiction as he has approached learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Panvel and tried to seek a direction under section 156(3) of Cr. That Court found it appropriate and in the interest of justice, to place the complaint for verification.

Said order is revisable. Hence, we are not inclined to intervene in this jurisdiction. We keep all contentions of the petitioner open and with liberty to him to take recourse to appropriate remedy as per law, we dispose of the present writ petition.
