This Civil Application seeks to amend the cause title by giving fresh address of respondent no.1. This for the reason that after filing of the petition, the respondent no.1 has changed his address. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The returnable date to serve respondent no.1 is extended to 8th January, 2018.
