Heard. By this Civil Application, the applicant seeks directions against respondent No.4 Bank to allow the petitioner to operate its current account No.440501010029175.

The Civil Application was on board on 26.07.2017. After hearing both sides, at the request of the learned counsel for respondent No.4 Bank, the matter was adjourned for today to take instructions.

Today the learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that they have already issued letter dated 27.07.2017 in favour of the applicant stating that they are withdrawing their earlier dated 22.11.2016 and they may transact in their current account as stated hereinabove. A copy of the said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The learned counsel for respondent No.4 Bank further submits that they have already handed over a copy of the letter dated 27.07.2017 to the learned AGP appearing for respondent State. 4.

In view of the letter dated 27.07.2017 issued by respondent No.4 Bank, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Same stands disposed of as infructuous.
