The above LPA is admitted on 17.2.2014 and in the above Civil Application, an order of the same date is passed that subject to the amount being deposited, recovery proceedings shall remain stayed. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant/Appellant states that the amount has been deposited by the Appellant in this Court. In view thereof, there is now no warrant to keep the above Civil Application pending. The order passed being self-operative, there would be interim stay in favour of the Appellant pending the Appeal as the amount is deposited, the Civil Application to accordingly stand disposed of.
