The learned counsel for Respondent No. 5 submits that the prayer made in the Petition has become redundant in view of the fact that earlier method of charging commission by Respondent No. 5 to the farmers/agriculturist has been changed and presently charging of commission is from purchaser of the goods. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, we are of the view that nothing survives in this Petition. However, we grant liberty to the legal heirs of Vishal Parekar 1/2

902-wp-627-2015.doc the Petitioner to file a fresh Petition if cause of action arises. Accordingly the Petition stands disposed of.
