This Application is filed seeking restoration of the Appeal that is rejected in view of order dated 20th June, 2017 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II). Conditional order was passed granting four weeks time to remove office objections, with discretion to refuse registration. In view of the same, registration came to be refused.

This Application came to be filed on 17th November, 2017 for condonation of delay of 96 days in filing application for restoration. After filing of application, it appears that the application was on board dated 1st December, 2023, when none appeared and it was adjourned to 18th January, 2024. Matter thereafter appeared on BGP.

19th January, 2024. On that day also, none appeared for the Applicant. By way of last chance, the application was adjourned to today.
