The present Application is segregated from the group of other Applications, which have been clubbed together since all of them invoke offences punishable under Sections 328 of the IPC along with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006.

The Applicant is already granted protection in view of the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Anand AJN

2/2 02 ABA-2576.19(i).odt Ramdhani Chaurasia & Anr. v. State of Maharashtra & Ors. Dated 08/08/2019 in Writ Petition No.3607 of 2019. It is informed that the said decision has been stayed by the Apex Court, however, the protection granted on 26/11/2019 in favour of the Applicant, was continued.

Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the investigating officer, makes a categorical statement that on completion of the investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed and they no longer require the custody of the present Applicant. In the light of the said statement, Order dated 26/11/2019 is made absolute. 4.
