Papers are produced as per the order passed by the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice today. The applicants who are the petitioners in a disposed of writ petition are seeking a substantive relief of challenging the notice dated 8th December 2015. Such a relief cannot be granted in a disposed of writ petition. We dispose of the application by granting liberty to the applicants to adopt appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for challenging the said notice.

The learned counsel for the applicants states that a limited relief

caw3236 be granted to enable the applicants to adopt appropriate proceedings. The learned counsel for the High Court Administration states that in terms of the notice dated 8th December 2015, the Courts have already started functioning in `Spaces Building', at Patto Plaza, Panaji, Goa. The learned counsel for the applicants maintains that the said statement is not correct. Hence, no relief can be granted in this application.
