The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Civil Appeal No. 111 of 2010 filed by the respondent defendant on 27.07.2010 and same is pending for hearing on its own merits. He submits that in the interest of justice, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to expedite the hearing of Civil Appeal No. 111/2010.
