The above Civil Application has been filed for stay of the judgment and decree dated 14-3-2016 passed by the Learned Judge of the Family Court granting a decree of dissolution of marriage. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Ms Geogy, on instructions of the Respondent states that the Respondent-husband would not re-marry pending the hearing and final disposal of the above Family Court Appeal. Hence by accepting the said statement made by the Learned Counsel for the Respondent, the above Civil Application is disposed of.
