Civil Application No.206 of 2014 is moved for condonation of delay of 213 days in filing First Appeal st. No.34321 of 2013. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that time was taken for obtaining the certified copies and so also the insurance company took time to take decision in filing the appeal.
