In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the Anticipatory bail application. The Anticipatory bail application of the original applicant is disposed of as it has become infructuous. 3.

So far as, present interim application is concerned, since the original anticipatory bail application itself has become infructuous, there is no question of entertaining any interim application in the original anticipatory bail application. 4.

The present applicant is given liberty to take up fresh proceedings before appropriate forum for the relief claimed in this interim application.

With these directions and liberty, the interim application is disposed of.
