The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions states that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been admitted to Rajawadi Hospital, Mumbai and he is being treated in Rajawadi Hospital at present. It is not the case of the petitioner that he is not being given proper medical treatment at Rajawadi Hospital, Mumbai. Hence, there is no reason to entertain this petition and the same is disposed of. 3.

The petitioner is an undertrial prisoner. In case his grievance is that proper medical treatment is not being extended to him in Rajawadi Hospital, Mumbai he can always make appropriate application before the concerned Court. (C.V. BHADANG,J.) (A.S.OKA,J.)
