After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to submit an appropriate application under Section 36 and 36(A) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before Respondent No. 2-The Collector, Palghar. He submits that the Collector, Palghar be directed to consider and decide the said application as expeditiously as possible.

Without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner as aforesaid. In case the Petitioner submits such Vishal Parekar 1/2
prod-503-wp-1743-2017.doc application before the Collector, Palghar and the Collector, Palghar shall consider the same and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law within four months from the date of receipt of such application.
