By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner, hereinafter referred to as defendant, has challenged the judgment and order dated 04.09.2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Malegaon below exhibit-43 in Special Civil Suit No.3 of 2014. By that order, the learned trial Judge rejected the application made by the defendant for impounding the document dated 03.07.2013.

Mr. Sandhyanshiv submitted that the Suit is partly decreed and therefore, this Petition is rendered infructuous.

In view thereof, Petition is disposed of as infructuous. It is made clear that I have not examined the merits of the case. Order accordingly.
