Learned Advocate for Petitioner submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 9th December 2022, the access of child was given by Respondent No.3 to the Petitioner on stipulated dates and timing mentioned therein.

Learned counsel appearing for the respective parties submitted that, the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 have amicably settled the issue with respect to visitation rights of Respondent No.3 with the minor child namely Master Praneet. They tendered across the bar Consent Terms dated 12th December 2022. The said Consent Terms are duly signed by the Petitioner and Respondent No.3. Their signatures have been duly identified 1/2 Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

Mr. Karmarkar, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 submitted that, Respondent No.3 has brought the said child namely Master Praneet in the Court today and the custody of said child is being handed over to the Petitioner in the Court premises itself. The said statement is accepted. 4.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the Petition. Petition is accordingly disposed off.
