Present Interim Application has been filed by the Applicant for condonation of delay. Mr. Joshi has drawn my attention to the reasons stated in paragraph Nos.2 to 5 and the grounds of the Interim Application. He has infact explained the list of events from the date of passing of the order dated 09.01.2023 and given various reasons for the delay of 40 days as also the delay of 61 days. 4.

Be that as it may, the reasons which are given in the Interim Application are convincing and I find no reason to disagree with the submissions of Mr. Joshi.

Perused the Interim Application. Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Delay of 40 days or any other delay stands condoned.
