By the order dated 26th March, 2014, this Court disposed off Writ Petition No.7598 of 2013 filed by the petitioner to challenge interim order of the Industrial Court in Revision Application No. 6 of 2013 with a

70. caw 354-15 direction to the Industrial Court to decide the Revision Application expeditiously. It appears that the Industrial Court at Nasik by its order dated 04th October, 2014 has decided the Revision Application. The petitioner has taken out present Civil Application to challenge that order. The Civil Application taken out is not maintainable. It is necessary for the applicant to file independent petition to challenge the order of the Industrial Court. Hence, the Civil Application is dismissed.
