Mr.Jagtap, the learned counsel for the applicant, state that the present bail application is not drafted in a proper manner and based on the pleadings contained therein, he is apprehensive that he may not be able to either assist the Court or to render justice to the applicant. He, therefore, seek leave to withdraw the entire application, instead of amending it in piece and parcel. He seek liberty to file a fresh application incorporating all the necessary grounds in support of the application.

In light of the aforesaid statement, the application is permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh application in relation to the same cause of action.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
