After arguing for some time when this Court was not inclined to grant bail to the Applicant, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. 2.

The Application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. Having regard to the age of the victim girl i. e. 12 years, the trial of the Applicant is expedited.
