On the statement made on behalf of the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation ("PCMC") that no coercive action will be taken until 20th November 2023, consistent with our earlier directions in another matter, and accepting that statement, it is not necessary to formally pass an order of injunction. The statement will only continue until 4th December 2023. It is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both sides and creates no equities in favour of the Petitioners.

In the meantime, the Petitioners are at liberty to make representations and submit all available documents to the PCMC for its consideration and review.
