By this Contempt Petition, the petitioner had grievance of non compliance of the order dated 30th June, 2017 which reads as follows :

"1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Respondent Nos.1 to 21 would be reinstated with effect 1/2

902.cp32774.17.doc from 1st July, 2017 and the said reinstatement would be subject to the final outcome of the petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to make statement as regards the deposit of back wages. Time is granted.

2. Stand over to 3rd July, 2017."

2. Today, respondent nos.1 to 3 have tendered undertakings by way of affidavits to comply with the orders dated 31st March 2017 and 1st July 2017. In view of the undertakings which are accepted, it is open for the petitioner in the writ petition to obtain instructions and make statement as to back wages on the next date.

3. In view of the above contempt petitions is disposed of in terms of the undertakings which are accepted.
