Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

My attention is invited to the averments made in the application seeking relaxation of the condition No.(iii) of the order dated 15/10/2018 passed by this Court granting bail to the applicant.

Learned APP submits that one of the co-accused has not been attending the trial.

4.

Taking an overall view of the matter and considering that the applicant has been attending the police station as 1/2

PMB 15.ia.4190-22.doc directed by this Court since 2018, the condition can be suitably modified.

5.

The applicant now to attend the concerned police station once in three months on the 1st Saturday between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon till further orders starting from February 2023.

6.

The interim application is disposed of.
