In this writ petition, essentially there is a challenge to an order passed by the State Government suspending the Petitioner, who was in the employment of Zilha Parishad, Nashik pending inquiry. In this petition filed on 09.12.2014, there is no interim or ad-interim relief granted. Therefore, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Disciplinary Authority and/or State Government.
