Mr. Subramaniam, learned counsel for the appellant after arguing the appeal for some time requests that the notice of motion be expedited.

Liberty to the appellant to make appropriate request to the City Civil Court for early hearing of the notice of motion, pending since the year 2014, which will be considered by the City Civil Court if there are no earlier time-bound commitments. 3.

It is clarified that the observations made in the impugned order are prima facie observations.
