The above Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner interalia seeking the following relief :

"(a)This Hon'ble Court kindly by way of appropriate writ, order/direction be pleased to issue directions to Respondent No.1 to forthwith decide the Petitioner's application dated 19.07.2019 filed under Section 520-B and 520-C of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 in accordance with law;" 2.

The Respondent No.1 - State shall decide the Application dated 19.07.2019 filed by the Petitioner, if not decided till date, within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of the application being already decided, a copy of the order shall be forthwith forwarded to the Petitioner as well as her Advocate. SSP 1/2
