The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that the respondent did not deposit the requisite amount in terms of clauses 4 and 5 of the impugned order dated 4th December 2014 passed by the DRAT.

Thus, in view of clause 6 of the order, interim relief granted under the impugned order dated 4th December 2014 stands vacated. The issue raised in this petition has become academic.

Accordingly, we dispose of the petition. All contentions on merits of the petition are kept open.
