Rule. Considering the prayer made in the petition, Rule made returnable forthwith and the petition is heard finally at the stage of admission itself.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are facing prosecution under section 66 of the Information Technology Act, under sections 406, 420, r/w section 34 of the Indian Penal Code as also under sections 63 and 63C of the Copyrights Act in relation to RCC No.3611 of 2009. The

wp.4921.2018_511.doc learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have moved an application for discharge at exhibit 70 on 11.1.2011. However, it is not yet decided till today. He seeks directions to the learned JMFC, Pune, that the said application is to be decided expeditiously.

Learned Prosecutor submits to the orders of the Court. 5.

Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Considering the prayer made by the petitioners and in view of the fact that the main matter is pending since 2009, the learned JMFC, Pune is directed to decide the discharge application on or before 20.2.2019. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
