The Petition is bereft of anl particuiars. It is not even stated as to when the structure, which is ciaimed to be a hotei, was demoiished.

This is not a ft case to exercise the discretionarl writ jurisdiction of this Court. The Petition is dismissed. It wouid be open for the Petitioner to invoke other remedies, if so permissibie in iaw.
