The brother of the Petitioner as well as the Petitioner have filed Affidavits disclosing the assets of the Petitioner. I am informed that all the assets disclosed are attached by the Provident Fund Authorities. The Petitioner also undertakes that all the assets / properties mentioned in the said Affidavits are of the Petitioner's ownership, the same are unencumbered and no third party rights shall be created until the attachment is raised. The undertakings are accepted. In view thereof, the Petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of four weeks. He shall be at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings and all contentions of the parties including limitation shall be decided as per law. In view thereof, the above Writ Petition stands disposed off.
