Heard Mr. Lokegaonkar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Pujari, learned AGP for the respondent No.1-State.

This application is taken out for setting aside order dated 25.09.2018 thereby restoring Writ Petition to its original position. Office objections to the effect that the Synopsis filed is not in proper format and translation of Marathi document is not furnished were raised by the office. By order dated 25.09.2018, four weeks time (i.e. till 1/2
CAW2643_18.doc 23.10.2018) was granted for removing office objections, failing which registration of Writ Petition (Stamp) was to stand refused.

Mr. Lokegaonkar submitted that notice was not issued to the private respondents. He assures that after restoration of the Petition, office objections will be removed on or before 11.01.2019.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Applicant shall remove office objections on or before 11.01.2019. Writ Petition is restored to its original position. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) Minal Parab 2/2
