Undertaking of Shri Satish B. Saharsrabudhe tendered on behalf of the State of Maharashtra is taken on record. We accept the said undertaking. In view of the said undertaking, time granted to the State to provide Brake Test Track at Panvel is extended till 30th April 2018. We make it clear that on the failure of the State to make the track operational on or before the said date, consequences provided in clause-49(g) of the order dated 18th February 2016 will follow immediately. The application is, accordingly disposed of.
