We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as the grievances so raised, can be considered by Respondent No.2Regional Deputy Commissioner and/or Respondent No.3-Assistant Commissioner, by deciding the application for approval of the appointment of Petitioner, who is working as Assistant Teacher with Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 School/Institute. The Application, even otherwise, is required to be decided in accordance with law. 1/3

ssm 2 Resultantly, the following order:-

ORDER

a) Respondent No.2 and/or Respondent No. 3 is directed to decide the Application for approval so filed by the Petitioner in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within eight weeks from today.

b) Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty.

c) Rule disposed of accordingly.

d) There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
