This petition is filed seeking further investigation in C.R. No.I-80 of 2013 registered with Vishnunagar Police Station. Mrs. Sonawane, learned APP, having taken instructions from the concerned officer, makes a statement that investigation in the said C.R. is already completed, charge-sheet is filed and thereafter accused no.2 is arrested and supplementary charge-sheet is also filed. Hence, the relief claimed in the petition will not survive for consideration.

The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of. The petitioner however, is at liberty to apply to the trial Court under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C.
