We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, as the grievances so raised, can be considered by Respondent No.2-the Education Officer by deciding the application for approval of the appointment of Petitioner Nos. 1 to 7, who are working as Assistant Teachers with Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 School/Institute. The Application, even otherwise, is required to be decided in accordance with law.

ssm 2 Resultantly, the following order:-

ORDER

a) Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the Application for approval so filed by the Petitioners in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within eight weeks from today.

b) Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty.

c) Rule disposed of accordingly.

d) There shall be no order as to costs.

The parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
