On 24 November 2016 this Court had passed the following order: "The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has pointed out that though the order passed by the DRAT was pronounced in open Court only operative part is made available and not the reasons and therefore, at this stage, without expressing anything on merit, we are observing that as the property is already with the respondent-bank no further steps be taken based on the impugned order in question. The parties to maintain status-quo as of today. Stand over to 8th December, 2016."
