1] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, and after taking into consideration serious allegations against the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if trial arising out of CR No.56 of 2017 originally registered with M.I.D.C. Police Police Station, Mumbai does not complete within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted.
