It is alleged, on 23rd June, 2018, applicant and his companions assaulted the complainant by fsts blows and iron rod and thereafter, he was kidnapped in a car to Rani Dhaba vide Badlapur Pipe-line Road .

The learned APP on instructions submits that though the complaint was lodged against the applicant and unknown persons, two accused were arrested and released on bail. She further submits that the complainant has Shivgan 1/3

sustained simple injuries and there are no criminal antecedents against the applicant. It appears pending application before the learned Sessions Court, applicant was attending the police station regularly for not less than on 20 occasions.

In view of the facts of the case and nature of accusation, in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.I-340 of 2018 registered with Manpada Police Station, he shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in like amount. He shall report to the Investigating Ofcer as and when called and shall co-operate in investigation. He shall furnish particulars of his permanent residential address and mobile contact number to the Investigating Ofcer forthwith.
