Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is only pressing the relief to decide the Revisions fled by the Petitioner in relation to the Complaints, fled by the Respondent No.3 before the Respondent No.1 expeditiously. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, we accede to the request and accordingly direct the Respondent No.9 - The Secretary, Ministry of Co-operation, Marketing and Textiles, Mantralaya, Mumbai - 400032 to decide the Petitioner's Revision Applications as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matters.
