In order dated 25.04.2017, in paragraph No.1 the sentence "At her request S.O. to 15.06.2017" has been erroneously typed and the same stands deleted from the said Order. Original order be corrected accordingly. The record indicates that in pursuance of the Order dated 25.04.2017, though belatedly, the Applicant has deposited sum of Rs.1,50,000/- in the Registry of this Court.

In view thereof, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. Interim relief granted by an Order dated 14.02.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned Police Station is waived. Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) Sneha Chavan 1/1
