1] This is an application for amendment/correction in the name of applicant No.3 in Bail Application No.2500 of 2017. 2] It is submitted that, the name of the applicant No.3 has been erroneously typed as "Ashok Chabu Pagare" instead of "Amol Chabu Pagare". The correct name of the applicant No.3 is "Amol Chabu Pagare. The relevant documents pointing out the said factual aspect has been produced on record.

3] For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
