Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 and 2 submit that FIR is of the year 2015 and this petition presented on 8/12/2015 has remained without any orders till today.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that efforts made by petitioners to obtain anticipatory bail have failed twice. 4.

It is apparent that during this period of 4 years charge-sheet ought to have been filed. Petitioners are directed to raise suitable grievance before the trial Court. Keeping all contentions of the petitioners open, the petition is disposed of.
