The Petitioners who were depositors with the Respondents/Rupee Co-operative Bank Limited have sought the directions to the Bank to disburse the amounts which they have deposited in a fixed Deposit.

The directions dated 16 September 2021 is placed on record. Learned AGP states that various proposals including the Petitioners proposal have been forwarded to the Corporation and it is under consideration of the Corporation. That being the position no further orders are required to be passed. Writ Petition is disposed of.
