Dhonde attached to Ramnagar Police Station, Dombivali submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the police have filed chargesheet on 15th March, 2019 in the Court of District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, District Thane and the said case is numbered as Special M.P.I.D. Case No.2 of 2019.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the Trial Court. 3) By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off.
