The applicant is arrested in connection with C.R.No.170 of 2019, registered with Wadala Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 377 of Indian Penal Code ("IPC" for short) and 4, 6, 8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The learned counsel for the applicant after arguing at length submitted that, the applicant seeks to withdraw the application. However, it is submitted that the applicant is young boy aged about 23 year. He is in custody from 08th June 2019. Trial may be expedited. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the application is allowed to be withdrawn. Trial is expedited.
