The petition does not make out a challenge to any impugned order and simplicitor seeks stopping the execution proceedings in general terms. The learned counsel for the Petitioner is also not able to assist the Court, when asked to him as to how simplicitor the execution proceedings can be stopped without there being any challenge to any order or proceedings. Needless statements have been made against the learned Judge in the petition. The petition in the form it is filed, in the circumstances, cannot be entertained and is disposed of.
