Heard learned counsel for some time. We find that the parties against whom the petitioner has made grievance have already exposed him to criminal investigation.

The petitioner complains that his partners have taken money in cash and kind and he is required to account for it. 3.

During argument we find that this is going on since last about 2 years. Petitioner has lodged report in this respect to Senior Inspector on 21/9/2018.

We are therefore not inclined to interfere at this stage. It is open to the petitioner to approach the competent Court with his grievance. The petitioner can also request it for expeditious consideration of his request.

With these observations and with liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid, we dispose of the petition.
