This is a second bail application by the same applicant.

On earlier occasion, the applicant had approached this court vide Bail Application No. 2391 of 2019 which was allowed to be withdrawn by me vide order dated 16/09/2019. On that date, I had expressed my disinclination to grant any relief at that time.

On this occasion a fresh bail application is preferred on the ground that statements of witnesses Aishwarya Pawar and Prakash Pawar recorded U/s.164 of Cr.p.c. were not available with the applicant on the earlier occasion, i.e. on 16/09/2019.

I have perused these statements. These statements V.B.Gokhale

901-ba-3315-19 do not really make any difference to the story in the chargesheet. On earlier occasion the application was allowed to be withdrawn. There is no change in the circumstances. 5.

Learned counsel for the applicant argued for some time. I again expressed my disinclination to grant any relief. Hence, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. 6.
