Criminal Application No.661 of 2013 has been decided by me just now. The facts of the present application and that of the said application are identical, and the learned counsel have not advanced any separate arguments with respect to the present application. It therefore follows that Criminal Application No.662 of 2013 also stands dismissed for the same reasons which led to refusing the Leave to Appeal in respect of Criminal Application No.661 of 2013.
